Once your order is registered by our system, you need to be fast, as we process orders in time and have our carriers pick them up every day around noon.
If your order is not yet shipped, we can cancel the order accordingly.
If you order is already shipped, you need to either ship it back, or refuse delivery. In both cases, the cost of the return shipping has to be payed by you!

If you are sending back unwanted goods, the goods have to be in the exact same state as delivered. All Stickers have to be intact and on the place they were put. The hat can't be worn, dirty, used in any way.
