Sorry but we don't do that.

Avoid the washing machine at all costs! The mechanical action and water can permanently warp the stiff materials inside the crown and brim.

The best way to get rid of any stains - even strong stains - is to use the Jason Markk Hat Care Kit

  1. Spot-test first for colorfastness.
  2. Apply a few sprays of Hat Cleaner to a soft brush.
  3. Work in circular motions, then blot with a towel.
  4. Reshape and air dry — never use heat.

Alternatively you can try spot cleaning:

  1. Take a slightly damp cloth.
  2. Add a pinch of dish soap.
  3. Gently rub the dirty areas to remove light stains.

International parcels are send via FEDEX
Germany parcels are send via GLS

During weekdays from Monday to Saturday all orders will be processed asap within 24 hours.
Our shipping Partners FEDEX and GLS pick up parcels every day Mo - Fr around noon.

Parcels in Germany handled by GLS take usually not longer than two workdays to arrive.

International orders handled by FEDEX can take up to 7 days to arrive, always depending on your location.

Shipping within Germany is €4,99 via GLS

International shipping is calculated during checkout depending on your delivery address.

Once your order is registered by our system, you need to be fast, as we process orders in time and have our carriers pick them up every day around noon.

If your order is not yet shipped, we can cancel the order accordingly.

If you order is already shipped, you need to either ship it back, or refuse delivery. In both cases, the cost of the return shipping has to be payed by you!

If you are sending back unwanted goods, the goods have to be in the exact same state as delivered. All Stickers have to be intact and on the place they were put. The hat can't be worn, dirty, used in any way.

Our full custom JustFitteds New Era hats are mostly limited editions and we want to give as many customers the opportunity to buy one of our hats as possible. If we would allow multiple order from one person people would buy all our stuff to resell them. That would suck, wouldn't it? ;)
