The Utah Jazz is a professional basketball team based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The team was founded in 1974 and has since been a member of the Western Conference's Northwest Division in the National Basketball Association (NBA). The team plays their home games at Vivint Arena and has a strong following of fans known as "Jazz Nation." Over the years, the Utah Jazz has had a number of successful seasons, including two NBA Finals appearances in 1997 and 1998, but has yet to win an NBA championship. The team is known for its strong defense, teamwork, and the development of young talent under the guidance of their coach, Quin Snyder.
