The Canterbury Bulldogs, also known as the Bulldogs, are a professional rugby league football club based in Sydney, Australia. The club was founded in 1935 and has won eight premierships in the National Rugby League (NRL), the premier rugby league competition in Australia. The team's colors are blue and white and they play their home games at Bankwest Stadium in Parramatta. The Bulldogs have a passionate fan base and are known for their tough and uncompromising style of play. The club has produced many great players over the years, including Steve Mortimer, Terry Lamb, and Hazem El Masri.
