San Diego Padres

The San Diego Padres are a professional baseball team based in San Diego, California. The team was established in 1969 and played their first season in 1970. The Padres have never won a World Series Championship, but have won five National League West division titles and two National League Pennants. They play in the National League West division of Major League Baseball (MLB). The team's home stadium is Petco Park, which opened in 2004 and is known for its unique design and location in downtown San Diego. The Padres are known for their brown and gold team colors and their iconic swinging friar logo.
